Challenges and some prayer point

Funding of the next phase of our activities is one of the major constraints for the progress of achieving the action plan of our work as we do not know whether Bread for the World will approved all that we needed for the coming 10th phase which begins 1st April 2019 to March 31st 2022.

Re-structuring, redeployment, relocation and transfer of staff need to be looked into, as the Board has constituted a committee to look into this.

The issue of insecurity in some communities is a threat to our work especially in the northern part and middle belt of Nigeria, pray for safety all the time.

ECWA own means of support to POD is worrisome we pray it will increase to meet donor requirement from 10million to 15million, this is a plea.

Ageing of some project vehicles with high cost of vehicle maintenance is another issue that needs prayers; we pray ECWA will assist in the purchase of vehicles.

Need for funding to develop POD model of office, conference and retreat centre, staff housing, orchard. We have a model that has been there for a long time yet to be developed.

Pray for good health to all our staff and absence of unpleasant hindrances that will try to deter them from commitment in their work.

Let’s continue to pray for the Church challenges of promoting the CCMP concept that aims at striking a balance between preaching and demonstration of the gospel.

Pray for the Board members for continuous good health and successful take off to the challenge of serving as Board members in POD of ECWA for the next three years.
